- Cameras are recording activities in and around the Club House.
- Please do not pin, nail, tape, or adhere any items to the walls or door frames. This will remove/damage paint and drywall.
- Bring your own Supplies. Please bring any supplies you will use both while you’re there, and to clean up after you are done. This should include but not be limited to toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning solutions, etc.
- Do Not park on the grass.
- Set thermostat to 77F and lock back door. The front door will automatically lock since a key fob is required for entry.
- If the trash can is full outside, please pack out your trash.
- The member will be responsible for any repairs to the Club House, or the cost of cleaning if required after use.
- No Smoking/vaping inside Clubhouse, in Pool area, or on the Clubhouse grounds.
