By entering the pool area members “Agree to hold harmless and free of any liability, Charleston Place II HOA for the use of, but not limited to, pool, patio, pool furniture, Club House, bathrooms or showers. The member will also assume all liability for the member’s guests or anyone a member lets into pool area or Club House.
The Swimming pool will now be open from May 1 to September 30 of each year.
Pool is closed Monday until Noon for maintenance. This also gives time for cleaning of the pool, bathrooms and cutting of the grass.
There is no need to reserve time at the pool. There is a limit of 35 people that can occupy the pool area at one time. However, if for some unforeseen reason we need to close the pool it will be posted on the home page of the website, the gate will be locked, and a sign will be posted in the pool aera.
The pool will be open Monday from Noon until 10pm and Tuesday thru Sunday from 7:00am until 10:00pm unless otherwise posted. Lighting of the pool and terrace area is programed to be on from Dusk until 10:00pm.
No glass, no smoking, and no Alcohol in pool area. The best way to ruin a party is an Accident.
